So its back to business :( after an extended weekend of Thanksgiving fun...here are just a few pics from my weekend....how was your holiday??

Last Hurrah!

So this weekend, Mr. M and I headed to our home away from home...Atlantic City for one final weekend away before baby arrives.  Luckily the area where we stay (although just one block away from the boardwalk) didn't receive any significant damage.  It was still relatively quiet though and there weren't many people out and about (including us)  Apart from heading out early Saturday morning to hit up the breakfast buffet, we spent the weekend inside just relaxing and watching TV (and yes there was napping involved).  It was a quiet but enjoyable weekend and I'm glad we had a chance to just get away.  Baby seemed to enjoy our vacay too as she spent the majority of the weekend happily kicking and flipping and flopping inside of my belly!! lol

So after the weekend, its really nice to come home to a short work week and Thanksgiving!! I'm looking forward to spending quality time with family and of course eating like its going out of style!!

The Game

Yesterday, Mr. M & I ventured down to the Wells Fargo Center to watch the 76ers take on the Milwaukee Bucks.  According to Mr. M (the sports expert in our household) they lost what should have been a relatively easy game.  I'm just mad that they were 4 points shy of me getting a free Big Mac for lunch today!!! 100 points scored = FREE big Mac the very next day!!

(Just in case you were wondering...I love me a Big Mac every now and then....LOL)

 

But even with the loss...I enjoyed the game.  I actually followed along (somewhat---come on Hawes..step your game up!!!) And the highlight of the evening...Polish Water Ice and $ 1 hot dogs!!!

It was a fun night...I was definitely tired by the end of the game, but it was worth it! And you can't beat date night with the Hubs!!
